First weekend in July we decided it was about time we saw some
of the islands
surrounding Singapore. We took at day-trip to
Ubin. The ferry from
Changi Village took about 15
minutes. The boat left when it had about 12 people in....
The main street on the island. We decided that we needed some food before we did anything
physical..... Thomas
didn't totally agree on that - loves to ride his bike!
Rode our bikes to
Johor to see the
fence splitting Malaysia and Singapore - try to keep the refuges away. Malaysia in the background.
Having a
pit stop for food at the beach - water and Ritz crackers. Thomas rode his bike very well, but Phillip was not to happy to sit behind big-mams back!
Thomas found a "
stick" he wanted to bring home......
