Zoo time!
The zoo is a great please for the kids. First you have to eat, or in this case have an ice cream, than toy look at some animals on your way to the Rainforest kidsworld, were you can cool down in the water!
Valenka and Marcus checking out the map, and where to go!
Jovy and the kids looking for crocks. I thought it was smart renting one of these wagons, but gosh, the boys got lazy, especially Phillip - "Run Jovy, run".
Water, water, water!!
The best thing to in Singapore...especially for the kids! They just love it! Splashing water, and be cooled down a bit - what more could one ask for!
Valenka and Marcus
On the 24th of May, Valenka and Marcus came for a quick visit, while they were spending some time in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. Here, Valenka's husband Thomas, had a few weeks of work, and why not join in an get a vacation!
The tourist bus is a good way to see the city, and to get a overview of what you want to explore more. We had never taken this bus, so we decided to joined in. Marcus having a little nap in between all the sightseeing!

Every time we want to go for a walk-about its raining......but finally we got to go! Hi,hi!
The boys are all ready - hat, mosquitoe reppellant, backpack with food and magnifying glass! Off we go!
Already exploring - giant ants! The ants go march one by one...hurray hurray! Saw and heard monkeys too!
Zoo
19th of April we finally made it to the zoo, which Phillip had wished for his birthday.
Don't do anything on a empty tummy! So first we had some lunch/dinner, and then Daddy bought the biggest of the biggest icecreams for the boys! Heaven!
Launching of a supply vessel
On 14th of April we were allowed to come long to the launching of the supply vessel that Dad had been work on. The boys were really looking forward, and was really excited when they tried the helmets on.
The boys waiting for something to happen......but we had to wait for the tide, which took at least an hour or more!!
To keep the kids busy, they took hips of photos. This is one of the 30 pictures that Thomas took of the vessel.
The guy from the shipyard, I think, took quite a few pictures of us too. I Think they were very impressed that Dad had brought his kids!
When the guy sent these pictures to Daddy, he ended his mail saying "...and capability of having two cute babies for future DNV and your best companion lady." Best companion lady - what? Need to have a talk to Dad!! Hi,hi!

Chinese & Japanese Garden
In the beginning of April Daddy had work a lot because of the upcoming launching of a boat, so the boys and I had a few fieldtrips by ourselves. This Sunday we decided to explore Chinese garden.
This is seven-story pagoda which they say give a great view of the garden, but to many stairs to climb for us, so Thomas just took 15 pictures of it instead!
This they the kids decided that they should be proper tourists and take the photos!
Inside the garden there is also a live turtle and tortoise museum, and I had read in the guidebook that they had a live two-headed, six-legged turtle, so the kids were really excited. But the turtle had dies in December 2007. The boys feeding he turtles, and one of the even got a taste of Thomas' finger.....At first he got really scared, but then it became quite funny!! Hi, hi!!
Water is fun!
Phillip 3 years old!
We decided to celebrate Phillip's birthday on Sunday the 5th, so we could make a day out of it. Phillip had chosen to go to the zoo, long time ago - but of course it was raining cats and dogs!
Phillip was so excited when he got all his presents this morning....but mom had forgot to charge the camera...... But manage to get one of them building the Lego coast guard boat!
Phillip got to choose the dinner too.... If I don't remember wrong, I think it was sausage and macaroni! Yummi....
Earlier on the day Thomas and I baked Phillip a cake - which they decorated very well!
One happy "Dumbo"!
On the actual day he celebrated the day in kinder garden. He wanted a Spiderman cake, so of course mom made one (or bought one). Daddy told us stories about all the fantastic cakes that Grandma use to made for their birthdays.....but it didn't work - Hi,hi!
